Compliance and licensing

IS Barbosa Petroleum is strict about labor law, training and industry regulations, and is licensed to transport petroleum products throughout Brazil's North Region. The company is authorized to operate at every CDP (Petroleum Distribution Center) in the North Region.

Fuel distribution is authorized and overseen by ANP (Brazil's National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels), and road transport of dangerous goods follows ANTT regulations and the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods Regulation (Decree No. 96,044/1988).
